Shipping Policy

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. If an item is out of stock our team will contact you. Usually, if we receive an order by 2pm it will almost always be shipped the same day.

We use Australia Post for domestic and international shipping.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

International Shipping

We currently ship to USA, New Zealand, UK and EU.

We can currently only ship overseas via Australia Post Express - allow 10+ business days for delivery*

We ship to customers in EU countries. All orders shipped to countries within the European Union (EU) will have taxes and duties paid at checkout. This means that the price you see for the item(s) in your cart is the final price you'll pay, and there will be no additional fees or charges upon delivery. We strive to make the checkout process as seamless as possible, so you can enjoy your purchase without any surprises or delays

*Standard delivery times between metropolitan areas of major cities, excludes time in customs if applicable & may be subject to unavoidable delays. We are very sorry but these delivery times are not guaranteed, due to the fact that as soon as it leaves our warehouse it is out of our control.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: All import taxes, brokerage fees & duties are payable by the customer. Saucy Ladies Intimates is not responsible for these charges and does not cover these fees. If you are unsure of your country’s import laws, we suggest contacting your country's customs department to find the guidelines around importing from Australia. Sorry, but we cannot alter the commercial invoice, this practice is not permitted by the Australian Customs and there are heavy penalties imposed. If an international parcel is returned to us due to unpaid import taxes, duties or any other costs or reasons imposed by the destination country or if parcel is refused acceptance or undeliverable, Saucy Ladies Intimates will provide refund excluding postage upon receipt of the parcel back to Saucy Ladies Intimates' warehouse.

*All orders shipped to countries within the European Union (EU) will have taxes and duties paid at checkout. 

Back Orders 

If an item goes on back order we will notify you and give you the option of cancelling your order or shipping you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. 

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@saucyladies.net and send your item to: P.O. Box 2134 Hornsby Westfield NSW 1635.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
